Terms & Conditions

By using the ALSAFI Oman store or placing any order through it, you agree to these terms and conditions.

All prices displayed in the store are in Omani Rial (OMR). Prices and offers may change without prior notice, while the price confirmed at checkout is always honored.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images; minor cosmetic details (such as packaging) may differ slightly from the displayed images without affecting product quality.

An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from the store. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors, with notification and a full refund of any amounts paid.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes shall be resolved accordingly.
