How do I place an order? Choose the products you like, add them to the cart, then complete checkout by entering your address and payment details.

How long does delivery take? Same-day within Salalah and Muscat, and within 48 hours for the rest of the governorates.

Is there free shipping? Yes — delivery is completely free within Salalah and Muscat. Elsewhere: OMR 1 for orders up to OMR 30, and OMR 2 above that.

Which payment methods do you accept? Cash on delivery, or secure card payment through the Amwal gateway.

How can I track my order? After placing your order, you can follow its status from “My Account” → “Orders”, and we'll keep you updated on its shipping progress.

How do I return a product? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition — see our Returns Policy page for details or contact us on WhatsApp.
